Offshore Delivery Model (ODM)
VSG combines an extensive US and Indian resource pool with strong onsite co-project management to provide all of the benefits of offshore development while minimizing complexity and risk.

In this model VSG establishes a dedicated "Offshore Delivery Center” (ODC) for the client at it’s premises at Bangalore, India. VSG bears all the costs for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the ODC. We have two, state-of the-art development centers in Bangalore, India to accommodate a large team. Both these centers are well equipped to handle the most demanding needs of software development in a distributed environment

English speaking project managers act as liasons between the developers in India and the client, ensuring clear understanding of a client's business and IT problems. Project managers are responsible for day-to-day communications and status monitoring, while helping clients maintain continuous insight into the progress of their projects.
