Venkat A Bhat also heads two other firms belonging to the VentureSoft group namely VentureSoftNet and VentureSoft Tech. He has held management positions in the industry for 11 years and has worked both in India and USA in private industry and government. With sheer hard work and dedication Venkat has built this current company from a modest beginning with a employee strength of five to what it is today- a 700 plus strong solution provider .He is totally committed to quality ,delivery and ongoing support to clients. Venkat currently serves as chairman and director on the board of VentureSoft Global. He has a BE degree from University of Mysore, India and a MS degree from Texas A&M University, USA.

Vidya V. Bhat

Vidya holds the position of Sr.Vice President position at VentureSoftGlobal .Having given up a very successful legal profession, she came on board to initially run the day to day operations. Her educational background,and her understanding of the IT industry , specifically the consulting business model have been very rewarding to the company. With her exemplary communication and people skills, Vidya has managed dealing with contractors, employees ,vendors etc. and also handling all company legal matters very effectively. She has a remarkable ability to multi-task, and currently heads the operations, administration and Human Resources divisions of the company. In addition to holding the Sr. Vice President position, Vidya also currently serves as director on the board of VentureSoft Global.

Muralidharan, a graduate in Electrical and Electronics engineering from University of Mysore, started his carrier as a faculty in an engineering college. Subsequently,he was employed as an Electrical engineer with the State Government ( In India) before venturing into the corporate world. He brings his extensive 15+ years of experience and skills to VenturesoftGlobal. Murali currently heads the entire operations of the company covering India, Southeast Asia, Africa and Middle East.
