  • Sears.com needed a partner to do competitive research on other online retailers offering similar products within specific consumer goods product lines

Managed Services

  • VentureSoft provided a managed service model where we built a process to search for specific SKU or SKU Family level item collection data from other online retailers
  • The work was completely managed by VentureSoft with information that is collected daily, collated weekly and pricing information was then used from Sears Digital Pricing Team to determine their online pricing strategies
